Only for fans
It's a snowboarding game with a clumsy console menu and constant button-holding. I was going to give it 2 stars but then Freestyler by the Bomfunk MCs started playing so it dropped to 1 star.

Sports game were never my "thing", and this one, while pretty, is very much a sports game. Although it has a variety of event types and tracks, traipsing around some mountains to find them was very appealing for me and I couldn't be bothered with all the cosmetic upgrades. Fun extreme sport game for casuals
The fact you can retry within seconds just by holding one button is the saving grace. The fact that I was still trying the same damn race was only because I could restart so quickly.
It is also nice that the whole mountain is one long load but after that everything is near instant. It saves a lot of time. …

It is also nice that the whole mountain is one long load but after that everything is near instant. It saves a lot of time. Also, the freedom to do whatever event in whatever style and all the different ways of travelling around.
...I do wish there was more of a story mode but that is just the sort of video games I want. I jumped off after 20 hours because I need a narrative experience, but I had fun while I was in it.
