So much wasted potential. All they had to do was make an updated version of Battlefront II. I don't care about online gaming at all and offline this game is nearly useless and let's you play barely any of the game modes.

Rank 42... Played the Death Star DLC last night with my brother. It was fun but I found the Battle Station mode that everyone is so excited about a little confusing. Read moreRank 42... Played the Death Star DLC last night with my brother. It was fun but I found the Battle Station mode that everyone is so excited about a little confusing. It's not clear which stage is which especially when you jump into an existing game (so most of the time). We didn't actually get to play the Death Star surface map / trench run because apparently the Rebels never won the second stage (I think we played once as Rebels and once as Imperials at least for that stage). Anyway we'll play it some more. But not sure if I'll spend a significant amount of time with this one. The space battles mostly just make me want to play the old X-wing sim games instead.

Rank 41... After playing the Battlefield 1 open beta last week, I adjusted my play style to really emphasize cover. It worked pretty well. Still wish there was squad-based play and more realistic feel. I'll probably end up mostly playing Battlefield when that comes out.

If you compare the other Battlefront games to this one then you'll see why it's just a decent game.
