aftear a long time Melty Blood is back with style

the gameplay is great, it's full of unique system mechanics, the DLC is free, the animations are exceptionally unique since they use HD sprits (and sprits for modern fighting games aren't very common nowadays), and the low-key urban phantasy vibe is accurate to the source material

overall I would recommend this to any type of moon or fighting game fan

Not good now, maybe later

One-sided rollback every other match makes me want to run into a wall. No neco-arc, and no anti-airs on some of the characters is just a formula for a game I can only look back on with despair. Also no drip on the cast even with customization.
