Not a conversation I expected to read in this game...

Godot's endless supply of coffee cups sliding into his hand from offscreen never fails to get a chuckle out of me. I can tell I'm going to like him a lot already.

I think I'm half way the last case and man, I hate Godot so much, such a downgrade from previous prosecutors. Also, Larry gets so much fucking screen time, I don't even remember him being this annoying in the first game, he is now kinda of a lazy perverted weirdo. IMO this is turning up to be the weakest of …

This is now done, I feel it safe to say this is the best out of the og trilogy, even with sopme flaws I came out enjoying this. Espically in this game with the third case being enjoyable as it was is a very good thing as 3rd cases can always be downers. It might be a bit before I …

I start working tomorrow so I have days where it going to be hard to game now so for me i have one jrpg, and one vn or nonjrpg going forward because that is all I have time for. As for trials and tribulations I definitely think this is one of the stronger games in the trilogy (espically since I liked the 3rd case, and did not feel like a drag).

"How many cups of darkness have I drank over the years? Even I don't know... I'll tell you though... Right now, this one here is the greatest cup I think I've ever had."

"The only time a lawyer can cry is when it's all over."
I almost did, but that was only when the 4th case ended. What a gut punch.

Trials and Tribulations - First Impressions
AA3 starts out swinging way harder than how the first two games did, with a case that was not only thematically interesting but also established the characters and motives well. It had something interesting to say, and the new music hits real hard to add onto the engagement.

AA3 starts out swinging way harder than how the first two games did, with a case that was not only thematically interesting but also established the characters and motives well. It had something interesting to say, and the new music hits real hard to add onto the engagement.
This is however, immediately followed by the second case right now being an utter drawl offering very little of thematic interest with characters who I am finding it REALLY hard to care about or steelman the slightest bit. Which is ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
At the very least, I can see what AA3 is setting up down the line, and Godot is a great foil to have as the new recurring narrative element. I have higher hopes than I did in AA1 and 2, but it does seem that consistency is not a hallmark of the series, at all.
