Read moreThis was fun to revisit. I think they did a nice job with the remaster. Models and animations look incredible, it's hard to believe this was originally a DS game. It's a shame this never became a proper series, the powers of the dead is so unique, I haven't played any game quite like it. Game has great characters, music, fun puzzles, it's quirky, it's silly, it's funny, and the mystery and intrigue kept me engrossed. I'm a fan of the story, I thought it was pretty satisfying. The remaster adds arranged tracks, a gallery, achievements, and slide puzzles. My only complaint is that the slide puzzles aren't always solvable, but there isn't anything to indicate that. I only found out by perusing through Reddit and putting in my puzzle into a puzzle solver to find out it was impossible. I hope more people give this game a try and I hope we see SOMETHING more from this.
