Played this for the first time recently, and loved it. I really miss this style of character-driven 3D platformer. I grew up on games like Crash Bandicoot and Spyro, and I'm sure I would have loved this as a kid.

I had heard of Psychonauts for years but only finally got around to playing it when it released digitally on the PS4. Aside from minor gameplay bugs and a few graphical quirks the game is fantastic. I had heard of Psychonauts for years but only finally got around to playing it when it released digitally on the PS4. Aside from minor gameplay bugs and a few graphical quirks the game is fantastic. Classic Schafer humor combined with a fun and unique platformer made this a really great experience, minus the severe frustration of the difficulty spike on the final boss. Can't wait for the sequel.

I've played this ALMOST! to the point of completion, but even with the redone PC release got frustrated enough to give up on the Meat Circus. It's such a fun, well-written game I don't mind trying (and failing) again so I can move it from my backlog to "completed" shelf once and for all...
