Quite an enjoyable game. Had a blast with it. The last boss was really tough even though I'm quite an experienced gamer. It looks like a game for kids, but it's not that easy.

Rest in Peace Jim Ward.

Strongly considering going back and replaying it on PS3 as I have it on there now. Makes sense giving the collection lets me play through 1 to 2 and then 3.

On hold due to PS2 dying on me, will resume when I get one.

I finally got the PCSX2 emulator to work after having issues with drift. I got to the part where Chairman Drek was introduced. A Discord notification popped up right at the moment Drek was cut off after saying "KISS MY -!". It was fucking beautiful and I can't thing of a more perfectly timed moment playing a game. What an …

Sony Buys Spider-Man Developer Insomniac Games
I don’t know how I feel about this. Sure, Insomniac has been making games for Sony consoles for over two decades. But they’ve been independent for that whole time. I want to see Insomniac continue to make games I love, and Sony can definitely guarantee ample support.

Maybe a Sony owned Insomniac will make games for decades to come.
On the other hand: Psygnosis.

Finished. This was a big ball of fun. My first R&C experience. I found changing weapons really awkward at first, but once I got used to it I found myself strategically organizing my quick select depending on what enemies I was facing. I will probably check out the next game in the series soon. I have heard so many good …

I have never played a R&C game before, but I am having loads of fun with this so far. The cartoonish visuals still look easy on the eyes and the humour is more hit than miss. Changing weapons is really awkward, but I imagine they fix that in the sequels (a quick Google search made me realise just how many …

Played it for a few hours, but I couldn't really get into it. I thought the gadget system was cumbersome and the weapons and gunplay wasn't very exciting - in sharp contrast to R&C3 which I played on PS2 back in the day. Enjoyable thus far, though it certainly feels less polished than the third game I played on PS2 back in the day - guns (thus far) are not as exciting and the need to manually equip gadgets is kind of annoying - more than once I have fallen down a hole because I forgot to equip the swingshot. This being said, …

This being said, it feels very similar to the later installment, and that's certainly a good thing.

took ~22hrs to beatNeeded the help of the following bolt collection oob trick to get 150 000 bolts so i could buy the RYNO to beat Shrek at the end.Game was quite challenging - had to do some areas over and over again until I was lucky enough to beat the enemies or land the jump properly etc.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=488oePcVC6w
