This game is just a wonderfully simple experience from the time when games tried to be games.

The name feels very similar to chess in the ways each unit has very specific use cases. Other games in this genre tend to blur all characters into the same function (do damgage), but this game presents a diverse range of battles and environment that emerges into a dynamic gameplay system.

The game is very single-A, I do wonder what the ideal version of this game looks like.
