Worth playing for fans of the series.

It's a cool spin-off the main River City series, set in medieval days. The fun gameplay and humor are still there, but the leveling up is gone, although there are still tons of things to buy to upgrade your character. It's more Zelda than Final Fantasy in that respect. It's a cool spin-off the main River City series, set in medieval days. The fun gameplay and humor are still there, but the leveling up is gone, although there are still tons of things to buy to upgrade your character. It's more Zelda than Final Fantasy in that respect. It's a short game, but it's not too expensive, so if you're craving a new portable River City, you can't really go wrong with this. If you've never played a River City game, River City: Tokyo Rumble is a much better option for 3DS.
