Can be frustratingly hard if you don't try different cars

Best car for cop chases: Mitsubishi Lancer EVO III (Lamborghini Murcielago is great too but it's too fast for its own good - you'll be driving over spike strips before you can even see them in Level 5 chases)

Best car for racing: Porsche Carrera GT, Lamborghini Murcielago. I beat Razor in Blacklist #2's Mercedes SLR Mclaren
