I beat this game long ago. So long ago that I can't remember if it was in the early 2000s or around 2010, and did not take any notes. I had heard a lot about it through the years and always wanted to play it. Too bad it was never in any local stores when I was growing up. I do not remember much about the game, but enough to know that it is a great game; not quite a masterpiece though. It has a lot of great gameplay and an interesting story. In many respects it reminds me of Earthbound. I was a little disappointed that you can only have 1 robot fight at a time and that the customization options for the robots are not as extensive as I imagined they would be. So there is no making a party of robots with specialized roles, but I did try to do that to the extent possible with 1 slow high damage bot for random battles, 1 fast tank bot for bosses and a 3rd that was kind of in the middle (or maybe just another random battle bot for if the 1st was wrecked; hard to remember what I was thinking back then).
Finished at level 48.
Bot 1: Golden with gold color, max power, guard and speed, 203 energy, 10 charge, blow 3 level 9 in right hand, blade 4 level 9 in left, shield pack and boots 6.
Bot 2: Crystal with white color, max power, guard, speed and charge with 114 energy, axe 3 level 9 in right hand, shield 5 in left, solar pack and boots 6.
Bot 3: Valcaria with purple color, same stats as bot 1, axe 3 level 9 in right hand, sword 4 level 9 in left, shield pack and boots 6.
All of them have programs to attack 3 times with each weapon. I don't think I used bomb packs much. The only other gear of interest in my inventory is another axe 3 level 9, a power pack, a shot 3 level 5, 2 bomb 4 level 1 and a celtis 1 level 9. I do know that I used a guide to help craft my weapons but have no idea if I got any secrets. Might play through again sometime.
