BADASS pie with BADASS cream topped with a BADASS cherry served on a BADASS platter.

enter image description here

As the title so adequately says this a BADASS game. The most BADASS vidya gaem on the whole fuckin' planet!

You play as either a store brand Arny Schwarzenegger (the most BADASS option!), a cyborg woman (maybe not as BADASS as arny, but she's up there), or one of two Predators (very BADASS). The story's great, the graphics are great, …

You play as either a store brand Arny Schwarzenegger (the most BADASS option!), a cyborg woman (maybe not as BADASS as arny, but she's up there), or one of two Predators (very BADASS). The story's great, the graphics are great, the sounds are great, the gameplay's great (but a bit repetitive) and the CHALLENGE is great, makes you feel BADASS.
![enter image description here] I'd love to do my pseudo-job and criticize the game, but I can't really think of anything to criticize. It is in no way revolutionary but it is a fuckin' BLAST to play. One might think to call it BADASS.

a rare 10/10.

Platform:

Arcade version.

Graphics/Sound:

As most 90s beat 'em ups this has some really detailed sprites and a lot of great visual effects. The sound is nice too with a lot of explosion sounds.

As most 90s beat 'em ups this has some really detailed sprites and a lot of great visual effects. The sound is nice too with a lot of explosion sounds.

Gameplay:

It's a classic beat 'em up, nothing unexpected happening here. It's simple, it's solid, no complaints here. There is 4 characters to choose from, two humans, two predators, each playing very similar except one special weapon each of them brings along. It's a nice touch that you can actually lose the weapon you spawned with. The enemy roster is not very varied, it's more or less just loads and loads of xenomorphs assaulting you each second of gameplay. I don't the action in this game ever stopped. There is also some weapons you can find and pick up, but they're less significant here I felt, since you already brought a weapon yourself.

Difficulty:

It's an arcade game, so if you keep the quarters rolling, everyone can beat it, there is no game over if you add credits. You'll die a lot on later levels, but it didn't feel as overwhelming as some of the other games of the genre, I always felt pretty strong.

Conclusion:

It's a short and sweet game that doesn't slow down once, it's in your face action from start to finish, presented loud and colourful. It's a blast, but don't expect something new or creative.
