This demo was really cool! It's a unique attempt to translate classic survival horror play into an XCOM-style tactical combat system, and aside from some minor UI clunkiness it all worked surprisingly well.

Slowly reconnoitering a hostile labyrinth, scrounging around for scant ammo and health packs, all the usual elements are present and correct. Except instead of being constrained by run speed and reaction time you're boxed in by a very small pool of action points. If you shoot that zombie in the head, you won't have enough AP left to open the door behind you and escape, so every action you take has to be weighed carefully. Delightfully tense stuff!
