What an awesome Saturday it is already. Started the morning with WoW The War Within, now time for a little No Man's Sky, and Days Gone and Game of Thrones this afternoon. Happy Saturday gaming to all and may your games be righteous!

No Man's Sky is absolutely gorgeous to look at. WOW! Something tells me this is going to be the ultimate space game (not Starfield). These planets are a visual feast.enter image description hereenter image description here

Time to start this for the first time. Was a nice sale on Steam recently and I saw that it is a much better game now than it was on launch. I can support a dev who helps their game grow with constant updates, and the desire to make it the best game it can be.

Even with VR, I just can't seem to get into this game. You can patch a game a lot, but you can't patch in imagination.

I love the fact that this game showed why second chances are necessary. Love it or hate it this game´s redemption is like seeing Batman return after Bane breaking his spine. Don´t be afraid to give it a try, I guarantee you'll have a good time playing it owo.

Dropped this down to 3 stars. A very impressive Switch port, but after a while, you just feel like you are walking around and there isn't much to do. Just not enough going on to keep me interested. Time to move on.

Saw that it got ported to the Switch, went to check the reviews here and read mostly horrible ones. Still went for it, hopefully a decision I won't regret?

A very, very impressive Switch port. Proof that even on aging infrastructure, when game developers want to do it, they can still do amazing things on this wonderful console.

The release date for the Switch version was announced today.

I'll probably pick it up just out of sheer curiosity of the magic it will take to pack a big title like this onto the Switch.

Witcher 3 and DOOM/DOOM Eternal were all amazing on the Switch, so hopefully this will be like that.

Finished up the platinum trophy for this tonight and I don't think I'll be reviewing it. It's such a big game and I feel like I've explored so little of the systems the game has to offer.

I will say that I don't know of another game that made time disappear like this one. I've played lots of games and gone to bed way later than intended because of a "just one more" kind of itch, but with this game it was just gone. Look at my phone, it's 11pm. Look again what feels like an hour later and its 3 in the morning.

I'd like to not touch it for a week or so and see if upon reflection I feel like I actually enjoyed my time or if it's just quicksand that's particularly effective on me. Either way I don't think I'll return, for similar reasons I avoid MMOs. It's an effectively endless games and I have too many games I want to play to play an endless game.
