Halloween is over, and so is my playthrough of Luigi's Mansion 2 (HD)! One of the longest residents of my backlog has finally been beat, and overall I'd say I liked it. Lots of fun mechanics, puzzles, and later game boss fights - but the mission structure was a sap. Looking past that helped me to see what goodness Luigi's …

Looking past that helped me to see what goodness Luigi's Mansion 2 otherwise had in spades. I'm glad I finally got to tick it off my list.enter image description here

Very fun and charming game. Luigi is perfect for this setting as he is such a scaredy cat. The different mansions gimmick was such a cool idea. The puzzles aren't too difficult but still make you think a little bit. The combat is really fun and the different types of ghosts are all so quirky and hilarious.

My life is a burning plane wreckage at the bottom of a demon shark infested ocean who have rocket launchers attached to them but dammit I'm going to ignore the fact that I'll likely be dead before I'm 40 and help Luigi clean up this dang mansion!

I don't even remember where I left off. I didn't really like the game, but let's see if time will change that.

Started playing it yesterday in an airport waiting room.

It was so fun that I continued playing on the flight and didn't even realized when we arrived.

(Yes, I know I could have taken the Nintendo Switch, but it's brand new and I was nervous about taking it to a trip).

Just started. This has the "Nintendo Magic" that Super Mario 3D land and New Super Mario Bros 2 lacked. Not a platformer, but getting some 3D collectathon nostalgia here. Who remembers 40 Winks? Wish recent Mario games had locations that were this coherent and delightful (I'm sure Odyssey will satisfy me).

Having gotten through the main portion of Super Mario Run, I grabbed Luigi's Mansion as my next on-the-go game to play. Only played the very beginning so far but it's bringing back lots of nostalgia for the original.

I really loved the first half of Luigi's Mansion: Dark moon. Later it got very repetitive in the combat, the puzzles got pretty obtuse and the final bosses were incredibly frustrating.

Luigi's Mansion is the best Ghostbusters game I have ever played. Proof that a good Ghostbusters game was possible but just not what you thought it was going to be like.

Paranormal Chaos was SO much harder than any other level in the game. Not that it's saying much, though, I suppose - the rest is really straightforward and easy.
