So Phoenix Point was finally released today, I gave to the crowd-funding campaign a couple years ago. However, the devs stabbed their supporters in the back and have made it an Epic store exclusive. I just received my key in my inbox; not sure whether to actually install the Epic launcher thing on my computer, I don't want to betray Lord Gaben. Apparently I'll also receive a Steam key when it finally comes to Steam in 12 months. O_O

This is exciting! I never liked the direction that the new X-Com games took; already this project looks much better, and closer to the brilliance of the original. They have procedural/evolving enemies which sounds really cool.. much more exciting than the awful rubbery action-figure-style cringe aliens from the Take-2 X-Coms. They have a crowd-funding campaign, it has some cosmic …
