If your dream is to play a SMB3 infused with a ton of narrative dialogue, this might be the game for you. It's cute, and the various power ups are a nice addition to the SMB3 formula, but it just doesn't do enough for me. I enjoy Mario games a lot, but I don't know how much I want to play something that plays so faithfully close to the level design and mechanics of SMB3 today.

Tried out the demo for this, it's a cute Mario 3 clone with a Japanese folklore theme and a bunch of overlong cutscenes. Styling itself so directly after Mario 3 really does it no favors, as the movement and levels are vastly worse in comparison.
