Beat the game on default difficulty. Wow this game was hard. The first few levels on Hoth were a pain in the ass due to slippery footing. The semi flight simulator levels bring back good memories of Rogue Squadron on the 64, but they were imprecise. The 2D sidescrolling shooting in the snow speeder was one of the worst video game experiences I have ever had. It is literally impossible to play because your ship takes up about 25% of the screen and there is not enough distance between you and the screen edge to react to enemies. Most of the bosses took a few tries, except one as Han where I got a thermal detonator into the boss fight, which wrecked the boss. Worst boss was the lava thing as Chewie. Best boss was the final lightsaber battle vs …

Best boss was the final lightsaber battle vs Vader and that was where I learned to block.

Overall the game is better made than the first with neat new features. However the higher difficultly and poorly designed speeder level bring the game down. I would never have the patience to play this without save states or infinite lives.
