Knightmare II: The Maze of Galious (Majou Densetsu II: Galious no Meikyuu in Japan) is a screen by screen action adventure platformer released originally for MSX in 1987. It can be considered an early example of a Metroidvania game with free exploration of a large castle.

Preliminary: Ooooo. Experience? Check. Fast-paced, high-quality controls? Check. Cool that there are two characters with different abilities without being too convoluted. But uff, I love grinds, but apparently I need 50 gold? I'm barely getting any! Maybe I'm missing something...
Yeahhhhh, the money grind was too much. I know I pushed through for the first Zelda, but I dunno just like the first one, something was missing to get me to push deeper.
