Few people probably remember the 'miner' games (VGA miner) it was a simple idea and there were many ports and imitations I remember wandering across on shareware discs, etc. This game however was an MS-DOS demo I had that in many ways, was the best of all. Essentially it was a 'Lemmings inspired' miner that imo very much resembles the SNES classic King Arthur's World. It's a real time strategy management game. you can pick from three alien races and mine map after map for minerals and things to buy mining equipment. fighting various beasts and animals (quite a bit like Terraria)

It's flaws are its very difficult due to quirky controls and UI pitfalls. It's a shame that the style and original take of a trending idea was sloppily executed in a way that pretty much makes the game needlessly difficult.

Worth a look at if you are fond of minecraft and dune 2 era stylization. Controls are annoying and definitely what kill this game.
