If it weren't for the amazing music, I wouldn't have played as long as I did. But 20 mins of torture was enough for me :-p Lots of potential, and I love platformers with a dash/run, but overwhelming and the difficulty detracts from the fun

One of the hardest SNES games.

The Addams Family: Pugsley's Scavenger Hunt (the SNES version) is extremely difficult, a trial-by-fire 2D sidescroller. The developers, for reasons unknown, decided to take out the password option, so you have to play this little beast on one sitting. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to do that, so far. IMO it is a much more punishing than rewarding experience.
