I didn't play the first Gravity Rush, but enjoyed Gravity Rush 2 well enough. The controls and combat are super janky and any thought of precision goes out the window. Other games do flying characters much better. I never really got into the crafting component either. However, the game looks good with it's cell shaded characters. I'm always a sucker for floating islands, and this game has tons of well developed one. Credit to the devs on creating so many unique and funny side quests.

I'm pleasantly surprised by how good the optional quests are in this game. Fun stories (including an amusing Body Snatchers parody) and new mechanics that aren't used again.

Started playing Gravity Rush 2 after finally completing Nier: Automata. I am really excited, remembering that I had a great time with the first in the series. I really wish there was a way of flying around that would not pick up random innocent passer-bys and send them pummelling to their deaths D:
