Tactical squad-based romp through weird west. Combat system is pretty good, you have only few action points, but fully replenish them when you kill a character. There is no leveling, but skill system is tied to poker hands you make for each character, gaining more cards as game progresses.

I heard that this game gives you a free turn every time you score a kill, and then I bought it. Absolutely love game systems that reward your cool plays by allowing you to make even cooler plays.
Supposedly you can ricochet shots around corners as well! Hoping it scratches that XCOM itch.
