Cute Idea, awful to control
I played on Xbox One with the controller and it never gelled. Maybe this was made for mouse and keyboard?
Anyway, I quit this one within an hour.

Westerado: Double Barreled is Ostrich Banditos' homage to Spaghetti Westerns about dirty pasts, consequences and taking a hold of your future. When your family is murdered by a mysterious desperado, you set out into the world to take revenge. Take control of your own fate and that of others, all using your trusty shooting iron. If words aren't enough to persuade a character, draw your revolver and see what happens. You can shoot whomever, whenever you like. Great pixel graphics and a delicious western soundtrack help bring this to life. It has an open-world, but the combination of quests and mini-games add a decent amount of variety. You could complete the main quest pretty quickly but there's enough content -- such as the aforementioned quests, a bunch of guns, different characters --here to get your money …

Great pixel graphics and a delicious western soundtrack help bring this to life. It has an open-world, but the combination of quests and mini-games add a decent amount of variety. You could complete the main quest pretty quickly but there's enough content -- such as the aforementioned quests, a bunch of guns, different characters --here to get your money worth. It has a sense of humour but can hit some pretty serious themes when it wants to. I enjoy the gunplay: for example, with the pistol you have to physically press the button to reload a single bullet, aim the gun and then cock it. It just feels genuine and very few games do something like this so it is appreciated.
