I don't have a whole lot of extensive things to write about this game: I have had the pleasure to play it with my s/o for 8 hours last night. 8 hours.
Issue Number One: I have no idea why but no matter which options I try, the textures never load properly and they make me stretch my neck to understand what rock is which, even if I am standing right in front of them.
Issue Number Two: the Devs really can't understand the purpose of balancing out their game; first mission proper and you get a 1-foot away spawn of two bears that go between level 20 to 30 and you are, at best, probably level 10 with some of the decent weapons unlocked and even dealing crits of 500-1,000 means you need at least 3 to 4 shots to get them down... with the possibility (more certainty) that they will reach you, lag on your body and kill you in two sweeps.
Issue Number Three: reviving a teammate is just punishing on who you are reviving since you resurrect them with something like 5% of every stat they have.
Issue Number Four: dying …

Issue Number Three: reviving a teammate is just punishing on who you are reviving since you resurrect them with something like 5% of every stat they have.
Issue Number Four: dying is also ridicolously punishing since you can get an entire bar of EXP penalty.
Issue Number Five: lag. Lots of it.
Issue Number Six: the game feels incomplete, jagged and unpolished; some skills are not implemented yet, balance is off on all sides (both for the tech tree and talent tree and EXP payout) and, most important of all, the performance is ridiculous at best. The map is okay but once you die, your tombstone is so big that your loot might as well be anywhere between 1 centimeter away from you and 1km away from you... and the terrain is pretty much the same repeat of the same map but with different 'outlines' of how far you can push yourself.
It's an okay game but not worth the release price since it's still in EA but with broken promises.
This PvE game looked like it might be fun with friends but turns out the developer's original roadmap was swapped for $40 DLC featuring content that was supposed to be part of the base game. Screwing over your backers is a red flag.
