How can an experience as fleeting as this be so profound? I am speechless over this. Immediately replayed it.
This was painful.
I liked it.
It's hard to write a review for this game that feels substantial, given its very short runtime. However, I found that despite how quick this game is to play through, there's a surprising amount of depth to the main character. It's an uncomfortable experience, both because of how difficult the slice of life presented here of said character is, and also due to the red, hazy, pixelated visuals which accompany it.
It's hard to go wrong for how cheap the game is on Steam, and it does go on sale sometimes too. I think this is the type of game that will live in your head a lot longer than you spend actually playing it.
the fact a game this short can make me care about the main character so much truly is amazin. that and how i can kinda relate to the main character is amazing too. recommend to all, gonna play the sequel now too!!
A short little meta-narrative that's highly unsettling. Even though quite short, it builds a compelling narrative in a confined minimalist world. Gave me goosebumps and the production is solid and cohesive. Recommended!
Feels like a psychotic episode. It's very accurate. I especially liked the parts where the main character is evening out her steps, and where she's deluded herself that she's a visual novel character. Putting it into an actual visual novel feels like seeing right into her head. I like it
I think that the message of this game is to reward people for being kind to themselves, which is a message I'm 100% on board with. Other than that, it was a little too weird for me. Not bad, just so surreal and abstract that I couldn't exactly get into it. I know some people love it. I'm glad I tried it but mainly because it was so short.
