Really fun Visual Novel from the masters of the genre

For the life of me I cannot figure out why this game is surrounded by negativity. This game was a lot of fun, and if you enjoy Danganronpa then there is a lot to enjoy here.

Speaking of Danganronpa, this game isn’t as good. I wanna get that out there up front. This game is a tad more juvenile, but that’s not a bad thing! That’s just how this game was designed. There is still the high quality storytelling and cast of wonderful characters you’ve come to expect from the folks and Izanagi Games.

If you don’t like Visual Novels then I don’t think you should play this game. Yes, there are puzzle platforming sections but that is not where the meat and potatoes of this game is. That lies in the story this game is telling.

And boy does it tell it well! A story of friendship at its core dealing with things like loss and relationships along the way. While one character is struggling with following in her fathers footsteps, another is dealing with the loss of her sister. There is things that draw you to even the most annoying character that at some point you will understand them better and then become attached to them when you didn’t think it was possible.

This is a really great game and I really enjoyed my time with it. I hope you can find something to enjoy here too.
