There’s some quality of life stuff I wish was done better. The map is sparse, only revealing doors that you have already traversed. It also doesn’t denote any missing secrets and items, only gems (collectibles) that you saw but haven’t picked up. The levels are very labrynthian, so it can get a bit unmanageable at times. Also, the overworld has no map or record of how many levels and areas there are (and a lot are easily missable).
Despite this, the game really encourages blind exploration and is very well done. If you enjoy retro platformers, old school level design, and getting a bit lost - check it out!
