HuniePop (2015)

This is a game where you a magic sex fairy teaches you how to date girls well by talking to them, buying them gifts, and - the main component of the game - playing bejeweled through a number of dates until you (yep) bone them by playing bejeweled (the faster you make matches, the.... happier... she is!).

If you expect anything more than that, well. I don't know what to tell you.

The art is great, the porny shots are ridiculous, the orgasm-to-bejeweled is hilarious, and the bejeweled mechanics are on point.

I personally LOVE "match 3" games (and I love cute girls...) so this was a great fit for me. Unlike some of the standard "match 3" types, this one is focused more on strategy than speed. Each girl has certain aspects she values in a date, such as romance, talent, humor, sexiness... I can't remember them all. These are marked by different colors/shapes. Score enough shapes in the categories she likes, you "win" the date. You have to win... 4(?) dates before you can move on to the main prize - the sexy date. You can save up points to buy "gifts" to give her on the date which are power-ups to help you along.

Each "day" is broken into several parts, and you can visit with one girl during each part. You can chat with her (I actually liked this part a lot, as I genuinely liked some of the girls), give her gifts, etc. Sometimes she'll ask you a question, and the outcome gains you points (such as "what is your greatest ambition in life" and if you tell the career driven girl you have no ambition, she likes you less. But if you tell the hippie girl you have career ambitions, she's not interested).

This game is super fun. The porny aspects are so overdone it's hilarious. I think for some people (me), this is fantastic. For others, who either don't like match 3, are offended by overdone anime porn (lol), or who don't like the repetitiveness of dating sims, this will be a trainwreck for you.
