Still playing it so it shouldn't be considered my final opinion on the game and I'm not giving it a score yet, but here's my 'review in progress' (in spanish) for those interested.

I didn't play Star Wars Outlaws, and I'm not sure I will. But can we talk about how boring and basic the designs are?
The pistol is an M1911 with a bulb light on top. The jacket is from the '80s, the haircut is from the '90s, and the creature is a mix of an axolotl and that Disney dragon …

On the left, we have futuristic Tibet, and on the right, a Blade Runner.
Yeah, I know that the original Star Wars was inspired by "samurai westerns" and World War II. But this? This is simply uninspired. And not inspiring at all.

I swear, every time there’s a new open world game, someone makes this, or a highly similar, claim:
Star Wars Outlaws Expert Quests Are The Cure To Open-World RPG Fatigue

So Ubisoft claims that Star Wars: Outlaws will only take 30 hours to complete. That's definitely not the vibe I got from the gameplay showcase, but vibes can be off. It honestly looks dauntingly large, but maybe it's not.

This game looks so big I don't know if it even looks manageable. It looks like it stretches the AC: Origins/Odyssey/Valhalla concept so far that it's going to be daunting. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was almost too big, and this game looks huge in comparison.

It also seems like it borrows a healthy amount of concepts from Far Cry and Watchdogs. It looks like the most "Ubisoft" Ubisoft game ever made, even though it's made by Massive which is a subsidiary and not one of the main studios. I'm also skeptical that it really is completely divorced from everything "Skywalker". I feel like they are going to sneak something in there.

Ubisoft heard the criticism that their open world (i.e. Assassin Creed) games have gotten too big and have responded as only Ubi can:
Star Wars: Outlaws Planets Will Be As Big As Entire Assassin's Creed Games

People in comment sections on various platforms have spoken about how the dialogue is cringey, how it's not possible for a small women to knock someone out with one punch as seen in the trailer... the list goes on.

As a huge star wars fan it sickens me that so called "fans" would act like this and I think it goes without saying that this rhetoric has no place in society and should be stamped out immediately. Although there is some valid discussion to have around how studios can authentically represent all people in society and tell meaningfull, compationate stories, what these people are doing in the comments section just isn't it.
I wanted to use this opportunity to ask others about their experience with games that have really spoken to them on a personal level and made them feel listened to and validated. That game for me would be Dreams by Media Molecule, specifically the campaign - a story about a bass player called Art who runs away from his band and realises through his dreams that he needs to make amends with people. It's all visualised beautifully with a heavy focus on music. Its themes of introspectivness, vulnerability, weakness, and forgiveness really spoke to me and I felt seen for the first time in a while.
