Micro mages is a new game for the NES. Considering it’s only 40 kb, it’s a very impressive title. The developers have really worked with old school limitations and created a game with tons of personality and charm, with great mechanics. If this was released in the 80s, it might have been considered one of the classics. The levels scrolls vertically, like Kid Icarus and Ice Climber. It controls well, and has cool boss fights. It’s for 1-4 players simultaneously, which is really neat. It’s short, but fun. It even goes Ghost and Goblins on you, with a second, ”hard” playthrough.
لعبة منصات خفيفة وجميلة خلصت المراحل الأساسية منها في جلسة واحدة. اللعبة تحسها مصنوعة لجهاز 8-بت قديم، هذا لأنه اللعبة فعلاً مصنوعة لجهاز الـNES وصدرت في عام 2019! 😅
على الرغم من بساطتها إلّا أنها تقدم مستوى صعوبة لا بأس به. توجد مراحل إضافية تزيد فيها الصعوبة وكانت ممتعة واحتمال أجلس جلسة ثانية أكملها.
على فكرة اللعبة على منصة Steam وأيضاً ملفات اللعبة تحتوي على ROM خاص بمنصة الـNES. أنا أصلاً لعبت اللعبة على محاكي في جهازي الـApple TV. هذا ناهيك عن إصدار الشريط الخاص بالـNES. الصراحة حركة رهيبة!
