Ghost Sweeper Mikami: Joreishi ha Nice Body is a side-scrolling platformer where the player controls Reiko through multiple stages. Don't let this being a Japan exclusive intimidate you. The game is perfectly playable without a translation and a fun side-scroller. Don't let this being a Japan exclusive intimidate you. The game is perfectly playable without a translation and a fun side-scroller. It's got fantastic monster designs, really gorey and crazy monsters. The first stage, for instance, has ghouls that you can cleave in half and than the other half will keep moving forward to you. From what I've played all the environments have been pretty cool, the third one, for instance, has your character being shrunken down to about the size of a mouse, and riding a hosue cat across an auto-scrolling section!

Mechanically it's fairly typical. You've got a some sort of melee weapon, a few different types of screen-affecting and a few power ups. But it controls very smoothly and has absolutely perfect hit-boxes which allow you to play with a very satisfying level of precision.

Oh and the playable character is a chick with big boobs in a tight, small outfit. If you're into that sort of thing...

Been playing GS Mikami: Joreishi wa Nice Body most of the day. Stage 7's background is one of the trippiest I've seen on a 16 bit console.
