Another review I woefully add "mixed" in as a disclaimer. "Devil Daggers with a crossbow" is a fit enough description of what to expect from this game. You face off demons and damned beings in an arena level and make sure that you use whatever moves and techniques possible to last throughout the coming waves, which will keep you constantly busy. The other differences here is the victorian setting and the fire modes of your crossbow, which will help dealing with different enemy types.

Personally, I haven't found myself coming back to this game as often, despite what people say about its addictive nature. The lack of diverse contents and the dragging pace in the beginning leaves a lot to be desired.

I can say that I made 3 quarters down of all achievements before deciding that I've seen enough. That's not to say that I can't recommend this to fans of arena shooters, if the average positivity of reviews says anything about it. Might be something for niche players to look into and you'll get what you pay for.
