After classics Grand Theft Auto, Max Payne, and Manhunt comes Bully, yet another prime example that Rockstar can take any setting and turn it into a lifelong masterpiece.

From the hallways of Bullworth Academy to the streets of Bullworth itself, Bully captures a semi-retro style of schooling that's reminiscent of the 1950s and 1960s with its various cliques and setup. Though it's set in modern times, you can't help but feel the time warp involved in its creation.

Bully offers you all the school spirit with all the Rockstar grit, bringing some of the most memorable characters in gaming. Keeping their open world gameplay, players can attend various classes, socialize with NPCs from all cliques, and of course, bully the bullies.

Gameplay wise, this plays very similar to GTA but with a lot less violence, a lot less map, and teen appropriate dialog and themes.

This game will always be one of Rockstar's greatest achievements and one that deserves more love, not having a single sequel (though it was rereleased with extra content a couple years later) in the nearly 17 years it's been out. I would gladly take a Bully 2 over another GTA or RDR any day, but that has yet to be seen.
