It's a shame not many people have played this game, because it's very good. I loved the small island and its mysteries, although it took me a while to get used to not having a farm. I mean, a Harvest Moon/Rune Factory game where you don't have your own farm and aren't a farmer, what?!

The only Rune Factory game I actually finished! The plot, as all Rune Factory plots are, is absolutely ridiculous. You spend the entire game with your best friend (a girl) trapped inside your head commenting on everything and seeing everything. This is hilarious in the bathhouse and anytime you try to flirt with a girl who is not her. But otherwise, kinda creepy. Combat is super hard if you don't have the right equipment (the final boss was nearly IMPOSSIBLE and every single sea battle was so stressful). Farming gets tedious once you make enough money to live on, but thankfully you can teleport between different islands (aka different seasons) so if you plant one of everything, you can grab some if you need it.

Super cute, as always, and challenging. I definitely prefer this to the regular "farm all day, flirt with the ladies all night" style of Harvest Moon. Combat and crafting gives you something to do during the day.
