This isn't Rollerdrome specific necessarily but it's something I'm realizing as I play- the DualSense is probably my favorite video game controller to date. Something that frustrated me to no end about last-gen controllers is that Joy-Cons and the DualShock 4 were SO expensive to replace because they had all this incredibly sophisticated technology crammed into them, but developers never USED the tech so you were just locked into paying for largely obsolete functions. If you wanted to replace a drifty Joy-Con, you had to pay for HD rumble and IR sensors knowing that the LABO variety kit was the only game that was ever going to make use of them. But with the DualSense it truly feels like every developer, first and third party, is trying to make the most of what it has to offer. Every gun in Rollerdrome has different haptics, they FEEL different to shoot. It's a small detail that a game like this definitely doesn't need but it's so cool that it's there, and I've been noticing it across the board on PS5 games. Okay, rant/praise OVER.
