Lakeview Cabin Collection is a continuation of Lakeview Cabin 1, there are some twists however.
The first episode of Lakeview Cabin is probably the best as there are a lot of interactable objects with delightful effects, consequences and general chaos
The first game was a free online game that has the same style and semblance of this, however in this game you have 5 'minigames' (or maybe more accurately described as 'minisodes'), there are multiple endings for each, a lot of secrets, and different ways to go about completing each.
Oh the memories of discovering this room.
Each of them is a bit different in terms of theme and playstyle (on is a lot like a cryptic adventure game and some are more arcade like action) This adds to quite a bit of replayability (particularly that of the first) the games are also interconnected... The game was overall quite interesting in this sense.
my favorite character in the game is this hobo with a shotgun
The games are also connected by a central hub concept where you access each (which is that of an old movie theatre playing slasher films which each of the minigames is showing.) All in all …

The games are also connected by a central hub concept where you access each (which is that of an old movie theatre playing slasher films which each of the minigames is showing.) All in all its a pretty good time with a little extra due to the creative aspects of how they went about some things. you have some nice references to particular horror films in addition to certain kinds of garish stylizations that really fit well. it's as if they translated certain subgenres into a video game! You even have sleazy-'n-spooky sounding italian music (and it's quite on point) The games main flaw is that its very hard to know how to go about things without a guide (it is modelled after old school adventures puzzles after all)
oh, the christmas minigame is probably the creepiest/scariest/most messed up thing i've seen in a videogame in some time now. had so many jumpscares on that one. JFC. don't say i didnt warn you...
very nice game. only cost .99 right now on halloween sale. well worth it
