Since I loved the first game and saw that Heart's Medicine's sequels were as just positively acclaimed, getting the rest was easily granted. Hospital Heat picks up where the first game ended to tie some loose ends left behind but also reveals some new ones along the way. It maintains the charm and the memorability of each character that Heart's Medicine presented in the previous game. Some of the scenes didn't fail to tug at my heartstrings, as well.
The developers have made some improvements in the gameplay mechanics, making the multi-task gaming more smooth and convenient. The difficulty curve goes easy for players getting into the game with each hospital section introduced but challenges are abound and may push you to nail the bonus objectives after a couple of tries. It won't get in the way for your enjoyment of the story, which is one of the main values here. It won't be long until I play the third and final part of the Heart's Medicine saga.
