A very interesting and pretty addictive competitive third person shooter. It has a lot of potential, but it feels a bit empty, too. Good game to play with friends for some hours but not the best experience if you want to find a competitive game to dedicate a lot of time to it.

3RD-PERSON HERO SHOOTER - A team-based shooter where you play as different mercenaries called Rogues, each with unique skills.

PROS:

++ Solid gameplay. It felt a little bit like playing Uncharted's multiplayer, minus the verticality.

++ Smooth performance.

++ Solid visuals. Graphics are great, and I like the general vibes and design of the game.

++ Simple to play. Game is not too complicated so it's easy to get into it.

CONS:

-- Generic. Doesn't really have any uniqueness that distinguishes it from every other hero shooter

-- Limited game modes.

-- Small player base. It takes a while to find a game.

-- Long load times.

I think Epic gave away some sort of starter pack a while ago so i decided to try this (free + small download). It's a F2P TPS in which your character constantly changes shoulders automatically (ugh). The guns feel kinda... wrong? The characterisation is embarassing, aimed at teens i guess. I played one match (8 minutes) and it's inferior to basically any alternative i've ever played - including The Cycle.

According to Steam charts 7000+ play it through that launcher alone. Poor bastards.

Coming back to Rogue Company to try and get its platinum trophy. I have every trophy unlocked except for one... and that one requires me to play 25 HOURS in a party... Kill me now.
