Good idea, bad implementation
I played Restaurant Empire various times, creating diffent types of restaurants.
The restaurant creation and the interior design was good and with a lot of choices, but the restaurant management was very bad. Does not matter which waiter you hired, he (or she) was always be rude and the customers complained about him.
