This is the cutest game I have played for a long time. Really brings back the nostalgia of playing similar games when I was too young to play shooters and other violent games. Its different from my typical game genre which is a nice twist. This game reminds me of Pullbox (Pushmo) on the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U if anyone remembers that game. Too summarize what this game is about, you, being a small tree log, are supposed to collect water droplets across various worlds to get the water flowing properly again across your world to be able to continue growing. While this sounds easy, it is challenging in that these worlds got so-called enemies that will try to kill you (in which case you restart at the latest checkpoint) including obstacles you have to jump over not to fall off the world. Hence, if you are a person who usually plays ‘aggressive’ genres this is worth a try to change things up. This is the type of game you play to relax after …

This is the type of game you play to relax after a stressful day. No need to follow a specific storyline or let the game tell you what to do, play at your own pace and decide on what levels you want to do including how.

The graphics of this game are amazingly smooth. Minimal detail but enough to get the job done and to look aesthetically pleasing. It fits in perfectly with the surroundings of the game, which also makes sure that this game fits for all age groups. Little kids, Teens and even adults. Its also very bright with colorful colors putting you into a happy mood. The music of this game is also very soothing, yet, it does sound sad from time to time. Like the type of music that can either have you feeling calm, upbeat or make you remember the mistakes of your life and regrets. If the last one is you, I would advise you to mute the music and continue enjoying the game. All in all, this is a perfect game to play if you're feeling down due to it being so colorful. Even the dialogue of the game really gives you the feeling of being part of the story by addressing you personally and its emotional aspect. For example, there is visible sadness by the simple use of “:(“ next to the dialogue when attempting to hit your friends. Despite there being no vocal dialogue but written, the developers still managed too bring across the mood of characters by simple uses of emoticons which is impressively smart.

Lastly, that we now have discussed the game including its graphical and storyline, lets move to the question of “is it worth it?”. In one word: Yes. Yes it is worth it. This game got just the right balance of challenging to being child friendly and engaging with the player via a thoughtful story. But as all good things, there's room for improvement: First, the camera can be a bit flimsy at times in that it is zoomed in too much . The camera angle is as if there’s another person looking at you from a distance rather than a top up view you might be used too. Secondly, all enemies got a hit box of 1, where it would be nice to upper this for bigger enemies. Lastly, there are some unlockables you can get by collecting berries but these are only a handful. After you unlocked them all there is nothing else to collect for. It would be nice if the developers add more unlockables which motivate the player to collect berries and continue playing. The price is just perfect for the length of the game, not too expensive and not too cheap. To recap from above, this game is also a perfect stress reliever and too play when you don't feel like playing multiplayer and just want to calm. So go ahead, get yourself this game and change up your genre for once. Change is always scary, but trust me it's worth it.
