Actually worse than Dangerous Dave (1989)!
This is your standard old-timey platformer/shooter game with a twist - you have to hold a button to aim without moving. I'm actually not sure if i've ever seen that in a game before. It works about as well as you might imagine. There are monsters moving around a tiny platform that will knock you off when they hit you as well.
There are countless better platformers, including the aforementioned Dave. Which came out back in the 80s...
