I was having more fun than expected with this game. Plays like the old skool GTA but the clever story was what entertained me the most.

I bought a physical copy of this on a whim, mainly because I want to be there for Vita-chan in her last days. :3
As it turns out though, this game is a good one. As I'm sure every review will compare it to, it's set up a lot like the old-school above-view Grand Theft Auto games. This one is very tongue-in-cheek though, extremely ridiculous and juvenile (and surely intended to parody said GTA games). You play as this grumpy old rich boomer who wants to own everything on Hawaii, and will be fine with randomly killing anyone who happens to get in his way. The game regularly pokes fun at all the ways businesses these days scam people out of every nickel and dime they can (using cheaper ingredients/materials in various products, made-up service fees, subscription-based models and microtransactions in general). There's a lot of dark humor packed in here, but it's all portrayed in such a silly and over-the-top manner.
It's not a long game, but I'm fine with pixel indie titles like this not going on too long. It's a bit repetitive in terms of gameplay, but it's a pretty chill game to unwind to for some random pick-up-and-play, which works especially well on a handheld.
