... I forgot how boring this game was before you unlock everything. Where's my island? I can't build new stuff? I can't change my hair? I don't even have all my tools yet... a floating present passed me and I had to just watch it go by, sad.

Well on Saturday a new friend told me she'd never played it with actual friends... in like.. the saddest voice ever. So I bought a new copy on sale in Nintendo's e3 sale and started up a new town. She will experience animal crossing with friends, OKAY??
