One of the best fighters on Snes/Sfc
This review is for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System version

Endless Duel is easily the best fighter on Snes right after the Street Fighter series, imo. The battles are fast paced and fluid, the sprites and backgrounds look amazing, and the soundtrack is pretty good, too. Every time I play this game I'm just impressed by how polished it is, especially since it's a licensed Gundam fighter of all things. The game uses Street Fighter inputs and special moves and combos feel natural and easy to pull off. Being able to super jump and air dash across the screen in a 16-bit fighter also feels awesome. The developers even managed to add touches that make it feel like you are actually playing as a gaint mech (e.g. when your mech lands or falls to the ground it creates a minor screen shake). I've only seen the first episode of Gundam WIng, but that doesn't detract from the enjoyment of the the game in the least (I'm more of a Gundam 0080 fella myself). I highly recommend this to fans of 2D Capcom styled fighters.
