Incredible unique explorative platformer

This game is incredible! The premise is simple- you clear stages as a firefighter, using your hose, environmental puzzles, and exploration to dive deeper into a facility. The closest game I’ve played to this is Carrion. It has a somewhat Metroidvania feel despite being linear and stage based, and it has such a unique and addictive gameplay loop that I couldn’t put down.
The level and puzzle design is top notch. Every room offers a new mechanic, idea, etc. The fire spreading mechanic is extremely unique and strangely addicting. The exploration is very well done, giving that Metroidvania satisfaction to it.
It’s one of those games that is hard to describe why it’s so amazing, it just is. I really highly recommend just trying it. There is a new game plus with new levels, secrets, and a harder challenge, so I can’t wait to dive back in.
