The oddball adventure game starring a humanoid eggplant who has to overcome bizarre obstacles in order to make his way through the mystical town of Flamingo's Creek. The game world is imaginary to the point that I can barely see what's coming up next. There are bits of action RPG, first-person adventure and puzzle solving to keep things fresh along the way. There are even cultural references and a theme track that sounds inspired from early Soviet comedy films. I get a bit nostalgic turning on the 80's VHS mode in the graphics settings.

As fun as the featured contents have been thrown together, the pacing and gaming dynamics get compromised by clunky interface and single dialogues from same NPC's. With all things said, though, I'm looking forward to experience further whimsicalities of the story going on in Flamingo's Creek in the 2nd episode.
