Motor Toon Grand Prix 2 is a racing game whose development is considered a lead-in to the Gran Turismo series. It was developed by a development group within SCE that later formed Polyphony Digital. It was released in the US as Motor Toon Grand Prix, since its predecessor never left Japan. In 2002, the game was re-released in Europe in a Twin Pack with Gran Turismo, Kazunori Yamauchi's following game. In 2010, the game was re-released on PlayStation Network. The game is compatible with Namco's neGcon analogue controller.

Before Gran Turismo

I had this for more than a few month and have been playing it for an on average of 20 minute each chance I get to play, because the first time experiencing the game wasn't such a relief.

So I spent sometime playing it since yesterday, and it's somewhat decent. but it's not much honestly. I mean, you've got the game and it controls good, well rounded, colorful and simple designed, but that's it.

you can't even play 2 player without the Playstation link cable. I enjoyed it but it's really a waste of money if you're going to hunt one to play, in my opinion.
