Incredible top-down bullet hell metroidvania
It is a crime that this game is free on steam. It is sooo well crafted - amazing bullet hell combat, great pixel art style, excellent exploration. I’m not usually one for top down games, but this along with Kharons Crypt (review coming soon) have made me rethink that…
It is like… if Hades was a Metroidvania. You are on a quest through hell to kill Satan, and things take an interesting turn. It really is a Metroidvania - power ups, open map, tons of secrets, a shop, etc.
It’s free, super polished and an absolute blast. Go play it. Easily one of my GOTYs and I can’t wait for the devs next project.
