The minigames provided use exercises developed in studies by several colleges, including Cambridge and Yale, that are proven to improve focus, memory retention, and cognitive thinking abilities. I've been playing at least a few times a week since I bought BBA: BvB and I'm actually noticing some small improvements. I used to have a subscription to a mobile app with similar games in order to improve trauma-related memory loss and that subscription was roughly $40/year.
